Our Leadership

  Alan Swimmer, President & CEO
Alan has over 25 years experience in marine lending and finance. Prior to assuming his current role, Alan owned and operated several specialty finance companies, including Beacon Credit Services, Destination Financial Services and Essex Credit Corporation. A CPA by trade, Alan also actively invests in residential real estate projects and consults informally with other business owners. Prior to employment in consumer lending and real estate industries, Alan was a Certified Public Accountant with a national accounting firm. 

 

Luimy Cabreja, Finance Director (Se habla Espanol)
Luimy is responsible for overseeing operations for Maritime Capital Group. These operations include financing, sales, titling, documentation and closings for nearly 200 vessels monthly. Luimy has over 8 years experience in the banking and finance industry. Luimy has also worked as a Financial Analyst for National Liquidators. Prior to joining Maritime Capital Group, Luimy held a position as Operations Manager for Nationwide.
