Our Leadership

		Alan Swimmer, President & CEO Alan has over 25 years experience in marine lending and finance. Prior to assuming his current role, Alan owned and operated several specialty finance companies, including Beacon Credit Services, Destination Financial Services and Essex Credit Corporation. A CPA by trade, Alan also actively invests in residential real estate projects and consults informally with other business owners. Prior to employment in consumer lending and real estate industries, Alan was a Certified Public Accountant with a national accounting firm.
		Peggy Bodenreider, Vice President Peggy manages sales, client service and operations at Maritime Capital Group. Peggy has a distinguished career in the marine industry, most recently serving as National Sales Manager for GE Money. She also has held executive leadership positions with Ganis Credit Corp, Deutsche Financial Services and E*Trade Consumer Finance. Peggy is a former president and current director for National Marine Bankers Association, an organization created to educate lenders in marine finance procedures, and promote the extension of credit to consumer and trade borrowers. She has served in a number of business and industry leadership positions, including director for the Southern California Marine Association and board member for the Valley Economic Development Council. When not working, you may find Peggy at the helm of her boat in Newport Harbor.
