Step 5: Provide income verification

• If loan request is less than $100,000: supply most recent pay stub and W2

• If loan request is $100,000 or greater: supply two years federal 1040 tax returns with all schedules and a personal financial statement

• If employed by company you own: supply two years federal company tax returns
